"Fruit flies in the sink, dead bugs throughout the house,and a sticky residue on everything in the kitchen, including the floors. When this was brought up, owner had excuses as to why, and told me that with window AC units she couldn't keep bugs out. Madam, I have stayed in cabins in the woods without dead bugs. Through this app! Refused a partial refund and we wound up staying at a hotel instead. Oh and this was for a funeral which made the event even worse. "
