"Only complaint was we were able to hear the third floor moving around all night and if you have a rowdy crowd on the third floor, you hear all the yelling and banging. Management was very quick to respond and resolve issues though. Great location!"

"Some of the reviews made me cautious about the area. Everyone is right, this is a noisy neighborhood, especially Thursday, Friday Saturday night. Light sleeper should take the interior bedroom. The apartment is cute and satisfied our needs. We only were in it to sleep and rest at different parts of the day. appreciated the comfy couch and comfy beds. "Listing gives very accurate description. Easy walk to River Street and downtown area. My only suggestion would be to add some type of window covering or even tint the arched top windows. The plantation shutters did an ok job of blocking out the lights at night but it was still pretty bright and made it hard for some is us to sleep. "
