"The space and cleanliness of this property is outstanding. Our 4 small families fit perfectly with room to spread out when needed. The huge kitchen island bench was most ideal as well as the butlers pantry and extra fridges - made meal times easy. A shame the lack of communication by the property manager lets this rating down - seemingly picks and chooses when to respond. Did not reply to my message for weeks. "This was one of our best stays, the property was beautiful and looked like the description given. Nice quiet neighbourhood with a fantastic coffee shop at walking distance ( Billsbeans). Pet friendly, we took 2 dogs, safe fully fenced yard. Very good communication and very accommodating, one friend stayed with us as a last min thing for one night. Not a problem. Would highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful weekend. The house itself is very spacious and the gardens were beautiful. It's located in a great spot, just on the outskirts of town. We stayed mid-oct and enjoyed the outdoor area and 2 of us even braved the cool water in the pool. We have already booked again! Would highly recommend. "

"Everything as described - clean and spacious, decent quiet location about 10 minutes walk to the train station, another 10 to Orange CBD. Very comfortable beds and effficient heating system (important in Orange!). Top tips: It's only a couple of minutes walk to Parrot Gin Distillery - serves beer & wine too, and great pizza. Badlands craft brewery in the town centre has a great taphouse and awesome beers - well worth a visit."

"We had a lovely stay. Super location for us. Heaps of room. Home is really comfortable, well furnished with nice amenities. Loved the coffee machine. Only negative feedback we passed on to the property manager - the oven is dangerous. Beware - trays do not stay put. They collapse. Needs to be replaced. Despite that we would def stay again.
