We were on a weekend away, found the Canobolas staff especially Ray were very hospitable. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome in the hotel which is very rare in todays markets place Will stay again

The Canobolas Hotel is a lovely Art Deco building. Although the rooms are a little old and required a good lick of paint, ours was very clean and beds comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with strong, hot water in the shower. We overlooked the bistro area and it was noisy on Saturday night but Sunday was quieter. The staff were lovely. Would happily stay again.

Staff were great with a late check in on our first night after a late arrival from Sydney, and then all through the stay. Dinner was nice in their Bistro with a surprising array of meal choices, the staff all happy and engaging. The room was clean and comfy, and the only nitpick we could find was the showers water temp was a little variable and had to keep being adjusted, but thats it. Great location and atmosphere in the building....country hospitality, cant beat it.
