The swimming pool and sauna were overcrowded. "Location is ideal, staff helpful and friendly. Pool & jacuzzi a little on the cold side - Disappointed that you had to pay for the steam room. Rooms were great and the shower/bath were brill - warm and comfortable. Boot room was great but lacking a bit of seating and was always wet on the floor - the lockers needed hooks. "I stayed in Le Grand Ermitage by Nemea for 4 days and the experience was fantastic and just as promised. We were planning to check in very late, so I called them and they made arrangements for us to get into to the unit without any trouble. The receptionist was very friendly. She spoke perfect English and when I told her I am learning French, she started teaching me French. This is a very rare degree of friendliness!
