"This is a really quirky property. Starts at the front door. Super convienient for catching the ferries. Basically 150 metres away, but you hear no port noise. Loved the stay and booked it for when we are leaving the South Island as well. Very freindly and helpful staff. Free breKfasts are a good bonus."

Dislike: Thought we booked en suite but only a double was allocated. The advertised free shuttle to ferry was not available and hasn’t been for years. Spa out of order. Kitchen was filthy - sticky floors and not enough tea towels so the three or so were soaking wet. Hardly hygienic. Very little space in fridge and no freezer. No...
