"Good location near shops and eating places. Parking is a bit difficult and there are limits on parking time. There is no lobby or communal area for guests for some quiet time away frommthe room. Other than that it is a good place to stay. Well refurbished and very nice rooms. Well stocked with tea and coffee and a fridge too. Wifi is good."

"Beautiful hotel and gardens, lots of history and interest to see inside. Staff were fantastic, room was very clean, food in Belgavia Louge and Wintergarden was excellent. Only let down was the general maintenance around the property. I do understand and appreciate its a old building but we observed water leaking from window seals, large piece of torn plaster in public lounge area and several light globes in public area still out after a couple of days.
