"The Park Royal Parramatta was an exceptional place to stay. Although we only stayed 1 night, it was extremely clean and comfortable. We all had a great nights sleep. The location was also very good. Close to everything you could need."

"Good location near shops and eating places. Parking is a bit difficult and there are limits on parking time. There is no lobby or communal area for guests for some quiet time away frommthe room. Other than that it is a good place to stay. Well refurbished and very nice rooms. Well stocked with tea and coffee and a fridge too. Wifi is good."

"Beautiful hotel and gardens, lots of history and interest to see inside. Staff were fantastic, room was very clean, food in Belgavia Louge and Wintergarden was excellent. Only let down was the general maintenance around the property. I do understand and appreciate its a old building but we observed water leaking from window seals, large piece of torn plaster in public lounge area and several light globes in public area still out after a couple of days. "I liked the location it was easy to find, the parking was great, friendly staff, the room very clean & welcoming. "We liked it all except for the air-conditioning. We had to get the poor guy at the desk to come and show us how to use it. It was 9.30pm and very very hot. I felt bad getting him up at such an hour. But it was needed. Other than that it was very good."
