"The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and spacious with wine glasses and a kitchenette. But, there was a leak coming from the upstairs apartment. Not just a bit of a leak but a flood that filled a pan. As we were only there one night we had enough towels to mop it all up. This has been mentioned in previous reviews so needs to be looked at immediately. Also the bathroom door was completely missing on one side. My son refused to shower with the family able to see him! Shame...

"The room was simply tiny. The mattress was sat on pallets rather than an actual bed. The shower door was broken and hung loose in the shower. Duck tape was trying to hold it up. I had children with me so this was dangerous. There was no kitchen (which the advert said there was) and we had to was dishes in the bathroom sink. Finally, there was grease or dates smeared on the wall. The internet didn’t work, the fan was broken too. It was on a busy urban street, so if it wasn’t midnight revelers...

"This property is in a quiet street in the centre of town only a short walk from the main square and bars/cafes. It has all you need for a short stay. Mohammed, our host, was responsive and did all he could to make sure our arrival went well. Be aware of the parking rules. There is on street parking but the town is very strict on timings. "The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. Then lugged up the luggage to find out that the code didn’t work. Hit up hotels again to find out that they have the wrong address. Finally went to the next place. Up another three flights. "There was urine on the mattress. The shower head wasn’t connected to the shower line, the hot water was turned off and customer service was useless to help. There is a sleeper couch with a mattress that is ripped, dirty, and I guarantee is covered in bed bugs. The floor is dirty and will turn your socks brown. Oh and also the entrance code randomly changes so you may get locked out for a night. Good luck."

"This is not suitable property for a normal traveler. The property is poorly converted house. The owner had let someone stay in one of the rooms in the rented apartment that I had booked while I was there. I did feel safe to go out or even use the shower as there was someone else there who I did not know. It was like a bad flophouse."
