"Great central location but couple of issues - lights in bathroom didn't work, there was a massive ridge in the middle of the floor (trip hazard) & the fridge was not working - in fact it was running very hot & there was a burning smell in the unit (plastic was warping inside fridge around light) - a clear fire risk. When informed Smartflats simply thanked us for the info & made no attempt. to remedy or compensate. Poor service as we rented the apartment to prepare our own food & were limited....

"The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. "The room was simply tiny. The mattress was sat on pallets rather than an actual bed. The shower door was broken and hung loose in the shower. Duck tape was trying to hold it up. "There was urine on the mattress. The shower head wasn’t connected to the shower line, the hot water was turned off and customer service was useless to help. There is a sleeper couch with a mattress that is ripped, dirty, and I guarantee is covered in bed bugs. The floor is dirty and will turn your socks brown. Oh and also the entrance code randomly changes so you may get locked out for a night. Good luck."
