"The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and spacious with wine glasses and a kitchenette. But, there was a leak coming from the upstairs apartment. Not just a bit of a leak but a flood that filled a pan. As we were only there one night we had enough towels to mop it all up. This has been mentioned in previous reviews so needs to be looked at immediately. Also the bathroom door was completely missing on one side. My son refused to shower with the family able to see him! Shame...

"The room was simply tiny. The mattress was sat on pallets rather than an actual bed. The shower door was broken and hung loose in the shower. Duck tape was trying to hold it up. I had children with me so this was dangerous. There was no kitchen (which the advert said there was) and we had to was dishes in the bathroom sink. "There was urine on the mattress. The shower head wasn’t connected to the shower line, the hot water was turned off and customer service was useless to help. There is a sleeper couch with a mattress that is ripped, dirty, and I guarantee is covered in bed bugs. The floor is dirty and will turn your socks brown. Oh and also the entrance code randomly changes so you may get locked out for a night. Good luck."
