"We are having trouble understanding where to park, one of the assistant managers helped us located the parking garage by accompanying us in our car and we making back to the hotel sharing options in the area - quite an above the ordinary service - sorry I do not recall his name - the other service was excellent too. "The property grounds are outstanding, great for a walk or a bike ride along the Lee River. The staff are wonderful the front desk always ready to help guests. Rooms are very clean. Some minor issues would be a dripping faucet from a bathroom sink and paint chips in lift corridor of hotel around the door frame. Restaurant food is incredible. I ordered my special favourite Angus Beef Rib with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots and gravy. This dish is a Kingsley classic that should stay the test of time. All in al I truly enjoyed my stay at the Kingsley. I look forward to next time."
