"We really loved staying at this house. It’s in the perfect location, stepping out straight into the woods. We spotted 4 deer at sunset on one day, and came across many of the wild horses that roam around in the area. Several great walks in nearby woods too. We recommend visiting the Raptor Centre nearby too. The house was perfect for us. Everything you could need. It was clean & tidy. We really appreciated the bottle of Prosecco & a lovely chocolate cake! Anne greeted us and came to say goodbye...

"The property is beautifully designed. It is compact but well planned out and very tasteful. Everything you need is there. The breakfast basket is delightful! The cottage is attractive and in a lovely location. It is so easy to just walk across the road for dinner. We loved it!!"

"We had a weekend at this property to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. There were 10 adults and 4 dogs.We had a fabulous time. The property is beautiful, plenty of space for us all, a wonderful enclosed garden for the dogs, the weather was great so we were able to use the pool and hot tub. "We stayed at the cottage for 3 nights in March. Lovely and modern inside with lots of kitchen gadgets and basics. Living room was comfortable. We only used the main bedroom and the bed was comfortable for us. Good wardrobe size and plenty of hangers. For anyone worried about parking we found on street parking easily, so don't let this put you off. Helpful guest book with restaurants, local shop and other useful information. I liked the page about the history of the cottage. We intend to return...

"Very happy with the property. It was a good size for our group to share meals. A lovely circular walk on the doorstep and very nearby chalk stream. A bit of a drive to local coast. It’s near a noisy road which you can’t see but you can’t hear it at all from inside the house. "

"If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay then this is the place for you! It’s a very pretty location with a few divas next door (the sheep!) they love a rich tea biscuit and will make sure you remember them!! I had a fabulous time exploring the new forest and this was in the perfect location to come back and relax in…loved it "
