"Staff was very friendly, easy check in. The gentleman even signed me up for their rewards program that came with a nice little perk for next time we stay if I book with them direct! Room was clean and a moderate temperature when we arrived so we were easily able to adjust as we preferred. Pool area was very clean and well stocked with towels. Floor was heated, which was very nice. Pool was heated as well, not overly warm but warm enough if you’re moving around. Sauna was nice and clean....
