"1) Online looking under 'Rooms & Beds' - Bedroom 1 has a picture of 2 bunk bed sets, as does Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3 - the pictures show a total of 6 bunk bed sets. However, there is just 1 bunk bed set in each of the bedrooms. So we were short 3 bunk bed sets - meaning our big college guys had to use the top bunk with little headroom. 2) The 'Here are your keys' email did not contain the code to either door.
