"Property is newly built and very neat and clean. It's walking distance from the ferry terminal. There is a common area with kitchen that includes oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher etc. The only thing that's missing is air conditioner in the room. There was a portable fan. It gets very hot in the room."

It also had one of the best equipped kitchens we have seen in any similar rental including snacks, water, basic foods, etc. The host was very responsive when we had a brief mechanical question with the coffee maker.
