"We had a lovely stay in the River House in Little Dunkeld. The house was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed. It is situated close the the famous Birnham Oak tree with lovely river walks right on the doorstep. We would happily recommend the house and area as an ideal spot for a getaway. Thank you."

"This was our first time staying in this area and I’m so glad we did! The lodge is beautiful, situated overlooking a wee loch and hills. It was bright, spacious, clean and well equipped. Each bedroom has it’s own en-suite, handy when there are a few of you. "The over-riding thing for us all was that the accommodation was not clean. In fact, it was dirty. The shower cubicles are shocking. There were sweet wrappers at the side of my bedside table, also large balls of fluff all around the skirting boards. It hadn’t been cleaned. The sink in the kitchen was a disgrace, with a filthy piece of string attaching the plug to the sink so we could wash dishes. The window sills in the living room were thick with dust. "This is a relatively new property with well appointed extras. Nice back deck with outdoor seating for 6. Easy parking at front door. Very clean. Owner was extremely responsive to any needs. We had 4 adults and the smaller bedroom was a little tight. Would book again for sure"
