Room was too small to accommodate the amount of furniture, and was so warm that even though it was never hotter than 5 degrees we had the patio door open all the time. "Rating based entirely on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the fantastic spa facilities. There was work going on while we were there which was a minor inconvenience but the room we stayed in was the real let down. Dated and uncared for. The bathroom was poorly finished and the shower was not the cleanest. The flooring was lifting and squishy in places and the room itself smelt of damp.
