"From checking in to checking out staff were frienldy professional and helpful we ate in the restaraunt fos=d was lovely and so was beer."

"Nice hotel, a little old, however refurbished and rooms fully up to date. Hotel is in very nice area and you get 5 hours in the swimming pool with your room. Good breakfast - allthough scrambled eggs are standing from opening to closing - 4 hours. Restaurant could improve - food was ok, but ordered an Entrecote and got a flat ribeye - changed sides from french fries to patato salad, which according to the waiter was ok - but then - later with the bill a charge of 2 Eur for changing. "Staff did not recognise VIP status, and we didn’t get a room upgrade. Ok, no problem. But generally they were unable to answer basic questions about the VIP perk and also when checking out, staff seemed to confuse us with checking in again. Breakfast was nice and location was convenient"
