"The only negative I can say is that the entrance to the hotel is not the easiest to find.l because you see the restaurant advertisement and not the hotel. However, that is such a minor complaimt. The room was clean and safe. The staff was so pleasnt, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was also ideally located to the tram and other locations. I highly recommend."

We enjoyed the included breakfast to start off our day and had a nice dinner at the restaurant one evening. The staff was very friendly and multilingual and helped us with our limited Deutsch. "The plus side to this property is it’s location: just tremendous! The town, it’s location in the Black Forest and being close to other towns checked all of our needs list. This property could use an update and the WIFi service was very poor to terrible. That said, we would stay there again."
