"We spent a very happy 8 nights here. As we hadn't rented a car we relied on the local train - which worked well and we nipped in to Stockholm easily a couple of times. The hosts were very welcoming and we have everything we needed. If I was to say anything less positive it would be that its such a shame the host cant make a small area available so you can sit outside (garden is private), also the cottage is a little overlooked by the main house. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alex and Emma’s house in the forest - it’s just 45 mins from the city, yet feels further from any hustle and bustle of urban life. Mikael especially, helped us navigate very confusing ferry schedules, making sure that our excursions were well planned out.
