"Man at the front desk told me my room didn’t have a TV but he would let me not have a deposit. I told him I couldn’t not have a TV in my room and he said oh we have another one and your hotel is nonrefundable anyways there were roaches, no towels no remote control dirt everywhere. It was disgusting. I didn’t even sleep in there. There was hair and dirt in my bed. There was poop all around the toilet. My door wouldn’t latch all the way it looks like somebody kicked it in there were people outside...

"This place is a dive. Smelled like smoke everywhere even in non-smoking room. Dumpster in the lobby? Sheets did not look washed had holes in them and 2 cockroaches in our room. Yuk!"

It has all the amenities we need, is in an accessible and safe location, and has a secure backyard (best fence in town!). Communication with the host is easy, and they are always responsive.
