"Nice room, excellent value for money, clean, modern, good size, tea/coffee/biscuits/fruit in room. Was a little cold that day and raidiator in room wasnt working but wasn't too cold to necessitate me asking reception. Breakfast was amazing. Generally a very good stay."

"This was a beautiful property in a quiet area opposite Henrietta Park but within minutes of walking to central Bath with its wide variety of restaurants and shopping options. The staff were terrific-courteous, friendly and helpful. There is a cosy bar where you can get lovely cocktails as well as good wines and the usual other drinks. "Stayed here for a couple nights. The room was a bit rough around the edges, but nothing too bad. It was a good size room, plenty of space. It's in a quiet area that isn't a long walk into the city centre. It has free parking and a kettle in the room which I always appreciate. Alexandra park is nearby and worth a visit for the views. Overall we had no issues with this hotel 🙂"
