"Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Even though they agreed to be there to check us in at 6pm (multiple emails), no one was there at all. Long and difficult time getting someone there to check us in. They lied to us about having a lift, which was in issue for me carrying luggage up stairs after recent shoulder surgery. When they say free parking they mean - try to find a place on the street somewhere in the area. We had to park a long distance from the hotel as the city streets are crowded...

"Just stayed over nite prior to flight home Coordination with Leonardo worked well and he referred us to excellent lunch (Al Paradise) on a Sunday afternoon. Offered to take us to airport ( at 2:30am), but we had other option. Very limited utensils (pkates, forks, knives, etc) and no shower curtain we’re only negatives "

The apartment is on three levels with tall steps and access through the mid level is narrow due to a steel stair encroaching passage to the bathroom. The shower drained very slowly so one ends up standing in used water. The coffee maker is plugged up so, unusable. The hamper in the bathroom still had used towels from a prior stay. The bath towels were adequate but had a moldy smell. We did tell this to...
