"There was a dirty towel in the balcony when we checked it. The tiles had just been mopped so it was wet and by the time we walked in, there was dirt everywhere. There is no daily room service and the towels are filth. I arranged a bedroom for 3 people and receptionist advised that they would arrange someone to organise a sofa bed and no one attended to arrange the bed and I slept on the lounge for the entire 3 nights with no assistance anywhere to be found. I had to call and request for things...

"I had a wonderful stay at Woodentowns the management were very helpfull and the cabins are perfect with everything you could need. They are cleaned regularly and the staff were always on hand for help and assistance. I stayed there at the start of the season and they were still preparing but they took time to serve dinner one night and always check if we needed anything. I have no hesitation in recommending this amazing little haven just outside Bitez. "

"Hotel was under the new management and construction was still going on. When it is done it will be a top 5 start hotel to go to in Bitez next to the beach. Unfortunately lots of things were happening, we did not want to waste our 4 days stay dealing with those areas. However we will definitely go there coming years. "

He then argued further and told us that we were getting a good deal, although my husband showed him other hotels for less that included breakfast. The parking area was littered with garbage the bathroom had black mold in the shower and behind the sink and toilet walls. None of the blinds were operational. "The hotel needs general cleaning. The beverage options at the pool bar is very limited, cheap and not tasty. White wine served warm or with ice if asked. Dinner/breakfast poor quality. The hotel is in convenient location with bus stop, good just for one night for travelers"
