"Great location…Great property…Hotel needs a serious upgrade."

"I had a wonderful stay at Woodentowns the management were very helpfull and the cabins are perfect with everything you could need. They are cleaned regularly and the staff were always on hand for help and assistance. I stayed there at the start of the season and they were still preparing but they took time to serve dinner one night and always check if we needed anything. I have no hesitation in recommending this amazing little haven just outside Bitez. "

"Stair lift didn't work. In poor repair generally and shabby in many areas. Night cold and only 1 sheet.no extra bedding anywhere. Bad design. Two steps to bathroom .ceilings rusty. Pool not filled 2/6 . View of roof from our floor, in bad repair. Very poor in all aspects and poor breakfast. On positive side two staff most welcoming . Very outdated in all areas and even garden areas poor. Would never recommend it "

"Hotel was under the new management and construction was still going on. When it is done it will be a top 5 start hotel to go to in Bitez next to the beach. Unfortunately lots of things were happening, we did not want to waste our 4 days stay dealing with those areas. However we will definitely go there coming years. "

"Good...staff, pool and shower. Poor room doors and windows wouldnt Close. This hotel is very old but thank god we had a 2 bedroom The owner liked to have the tv on very load all evening.. until very late at night. Unacceptable...good location."

"There was a dirty towel in the balcony when we checked it. The tiles had just been mopped so it was wet and by the time we walked in, there was dirt everywhere. There is no daily room service and the towels are filth. I arranged a bedroom for 3 people and receptionist advised that they would arrange someone to organise a sofa bed and no one attended to arrange the bed and I slept on the lounge for the entire 3 nights with no assistance anywhere to be found. I had to call and request for things...

"We actually had a problem with our Hotels.com booking, but the owners of the property were very kind and accommodating, turning what could have been a very stressful situation into a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and well kept, and the property and pool were well maintained. The location is very close to the beach, and right across the dolmus stop that goes into Bodrum, making going into town eay. "
