The hotel is somewhat isolated, but they also had a full restaurant, although there was a large group being catered the night we were there, so there was some competition for service. A great boutique hotel

"I was in Sofia for pleasure and very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel is conveniently located and it is clear they spent a lot of money completely rebuilding it. The photos on the walls of the property before show this. Quite incredible. All was very good. My only constructive feedback would be that there were no instructions in English how to use the safe. It turned out I needed a key that should’ve been given to me when I checked in. I also think if you’re there 4 nights as I was that the coffee and water should be replenished. "

An excellent hotel close to the airport

"We have stayed at this hotel before in 2022. We enjoyed it then and also now. The management needs to monitor the housekeeping staff a bit more because the minibar in the refrigerator was empty. Breakfast was great but better coffee is needed. "

"Top 1 Hotel in Sofia. Best location in the historical district with one of the view on the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. Services and team are great and customer focused. ADOR is one the best table in town. Was travelling with family ( 4 in total. 10 years and 14 years old kids) "
