"Lovely location, spacious for a city hotel!"

"The room was clean and quiet and the bed comfortable and the towels and bedding clean. The shower worked well but the shower curtain was tied up at the bottom meaning that the floor got wet. I managed to lose 2 of my 3 morning pills down the sink which has no plug in it which also meant wasting water in order to shave. The tv worked and there was a kettle, tea, coffee and milk on the table. The wifi did not work at first but did after I reported it as not. The room was not heated very well and...

"Very clean place with a comfortable bed mattress! Close enough to Central Train / Rail Station and very easy to walk directly to the Hotel. Very helpful person at Front desk, for assistance with extra Directions!! THANK YOU and I would stay again."

"Great stop over with clean cosy room and most comfortable bed. Delightful, extensive continental breakfast with gluten free options. Coffee tip top. Fab location 1 min underground. On the River Kelvin, leafy walks to Kelvigrove Park on the river and on doorstep of The University. Super value and beats a chain hotel."

"I booked it through hotets.com and paid full payment. But once I reached there I was told to again pay in cash the full amount. They told me that I will be refunded the amount through hotels.com and they will email me the receipt. Neither did I received any email bearing the receipt of payment not did any amount recouped from hotels.com in my account. This is not at all acceptable. I emailed hotels.com about this issue but have got no reply.... "

"Great place to stay for access to the Emirates Stadium and the centre of Glasgow. Accommodation and facilities were great. Good transport links. Would certainly use again."
