Very clean with many appreciated supplies (kitchen well stocked and even adaptors for charging devices). Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it’s convenient to food market and bus station. "Had a great stay in Arbroath. Property was perfect for our party of 6 , very clean and well equipped and close to Carnoustie GC where we were all week. Some great pubs nearby for eating out too. A big thank you to the agents who really helped us when we locked ourselves out one day. Hope to be back in the future."

"My family come from Carnoustie area so know it well. We came up from Manchester for a break and a special family gathering . Friends came too who never visited before and they were over the moon with the house and surrounding areas . The Beach BoatHouse made the trip just that little bit more special. Highly recommended."

"Excellent townhouse, right in the centre of St Andrews, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The house was spacious and perfect for our family with 3 young children and 2 teenagers. Kitchen well equipped ( although the microwave needs fixing - the control knob is faulty). A lovely family long weekend away. "

We stayed for two nights and the house was a great place to recharge during our across Scotland voyage. Downtown St. Andrews was only 1.3 miles away and many of us took advantage of the close proximity to walk into town and enjoy the nice summer weather. "

"Outstanding place for a St Andrews golf trip for 4 players. Each of the 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are perfect. Kitchen is very modern and well outfitted. Family room comfortable enough for twice the size and there is a cozy outdoor dining area. Walk to dozens of restaurants and pubs and easy 15 minute walk to the Old Course. We even walked over with our clubs on our backs...so easy."

The cottage was cosy and whilst some of the decor wasn’t perfect the description was accurate and as described. We will be back, the view was outstanding and lovely wee pubs in walking distance too. "The most idyllic cottage stay, exactly what I was looking for. Ideal location for quiet walks with my dogs in every direction from the cottage, didn't need to take the car out once! Liz was absolutely amazing, gave me some suggestions for local walks and communicated the check in process and cottage location. We will definitely be back. "
