"I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. La terrasse donne sur une forêts avec table et chaise longue ,parasol ,chant des crichets .La maitresse des lieux est une femme qui nous a mis en très grande confiance et à notre aise. "The property is well located for exploring the South of France, though be aware that a car is essential if staying here. The property is extremely well equipped, very clean and spacious. Our hosts Muriel & Eric met us on arrival and , whilst they live on the first floor (entirely distinct access), the only other time we saw them to speak to was on departure. "Great property. We were two families with teens. The house was spotless, well equipped, comfortable and cozy decor. We loved the pool area and the many terraces for our different meals. The views are stunning and there was space for all to live in their separate quarters and be together also. The gated domain is a five minute drive from the main road but once up there, such peace and quiet ! Thank you Vanessa for helping us organize our stay. We will be back !"

"Beautifully clean and well maintained studio. Plenty of space inside and outside. Mme Pat was very discreet but available with helpful assistance and support. I stayed 7 weeks and it felt like home. Pool was amazing and warm and clean. Area was quiet and tranquil. Bed was super soft. Parking plentiful. Near by town of Biot quaint with lots of restaurants and great atmosphere. 100% recommended "
