"The main house and the flat outside which we occupied were both spacious and comfortable. The cactus gardens were absolutely beautifully maintained and the e swimming pool is huge. The water was very cold however so we didn’t use it much. The games area was great for the kids. The owner was very kind and helpful overall. The farm is located just outside Santa Maria del Camí and we loved our visit to the winery Macia Batle which is walking distance. The town also has a lovely market on Sundays.it is close to the train tracks, but we were not bothered by any noise from the trains. We had a few issues during our stay, which were promptly sorted out. There is room for adding some basics like a large bottle of water upon arrival and cleaning spray for the kitchen, but overall we had a very comfortable stay. "

"Nested very close to communication areas, it’s the perfect base to explore the island of Palma. Literally walking distance to the railway, you can reach Palma city without the hazard of parking. If the option is just Inca, this property is located a short stroll away from Camper, Lotusse and Heitorn where you can do your Inca leather shopping and combine it with a visit to the Thursday market or any of the local restaurants along the central avenue. We were driving an electric rental car and we found specially convenient that there is a charging station literally outside the property. From this place every destination in the island was no further to 45mi, and after a busy day exploring, a very well appointed extra large room with a private courtyard was waiting for us. Next to it, the stunning swimming pool. Please note that this is not the typical hotel. This is agrotourisim, so you will miss the impersonal touch of a multilevel building and you will get a friendly and ready to help wonderful team who will make your day extra nice. I specially celebrated the all-local breakfast selection with local cheeses, charcuterie and delectable pastries and fruits. Just what you need to feel extra happy and relaxed. "

"This is a lovely old country house with mod cons. It is some distance from the town/s so a hire car is necessary. The staff were caring and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent and varied. We had a nice peaceful stay and visited many of our favourite parts of this beautiful island easily because the hotel is very centrally located. Big hugs from Cameron to Lucy!"

"Spacious, clean, airy, well appointed separate villa with terrace for sunbathing and outdoor dining. One bedroom /two bathroom, kitchen - dining area and two reception rooms. Well equipped and very peaceful and quiet set in foothills of Selva. Selva small village very nice although despite its pretty square doesn’t have much of a vibe. Friendly though and clean. Suggestions would be to get TV organised on different languages, it was stick on german despite us trying to change language. Suggest providing some essential backs in kitchen like oven glove or tea towel, salt, no shampoos or shower soaps ir gels provided. Recommend sorting the second bathroom unpleasant smell out. Several Guests do mention it. We just closed the door. The actual building is number 20 as VRBO says it’s 16, the host says it’s 18-20. We arrived late and couldn’t find it at first. It’s 20 and a separate house on its own. I recommend putting a Frito up of the lovely villa so guests know which one. We enjoyed our stay and it’s the second property we’ve had with this company who are polite and receptive. Thank you for having us. "
