" Căn hộ có vẻ đã sử dụng 5-6 năm nhưng nhìn chung là sạch sẽ, và đầy đủ tiện nghi, chủ nhà cũng rất nhiệt tình và phản hồi nhanh khi mình cần hỗ trợ. Tiện ích xung quanh đầy đủ: quán cf, nhà hàng, shopping mall, siêu thị, cái gì cũng có. Bắt taxi cũng rất dễ dàng. Mình sẽ lại tiếp tục ở đây cho kì nghỉ dài tiếp theo của mình."

"We are a family of 4. The family room option had two rooms side by side. It was very spacious and affordable. Staff were lovely. Buffet breakfast had a good range despite being a small hotel. The location is outside of the main tourist sites and Ben Thanh Market but using grab for transport was only a few $ each way. Great value for money! "

"The property is really nice on the exterior but the rental unit is not upkeep. The furnitures are old and worn, couch has stains, dining room chairs paddings are worn to the frame and the bathroom are horrible. The host gave us an access card that doesn't work and you have to wait for a representative to get you in. The access code to the rental unit is hard to activate and you have to do it several times. The towels are not properly washed and they do smell like mildew. I can go on and on, but overall they need to pay attention to the guests expectations and the quality of guess services. The view is really nice and I recommend it, if you can tolerate some of the deficiencies"
