"The property was perfect for our recent visit to Greek Peak.It was bitterly cold weather, and the cabin was a pleasant retreat. Great heating, and well insulated.The cabin had all the amenities that we needed. It felt more like a hotel with the coffee making facilities, towels, soaps, shampoos, and even some bonus games to play."

"We had a fantastic stay Thanksgiving week, 2024. My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. The property is secluded and has gorgeous views--even in the winter! My kids were delighted with the little games tucked away under the TV. My husband and I loved the thoughtfulness of amenities like the heated towel rack, really cool bunk beds and fun ping pong table. The kids were overjoyed to wake up Thanksgiving morning to a fresh snowfall! We made a snowman and even took our Christmas card photo! ...

"Perfect cabin close to a bunch of New Yorks state parks, very clean with a nice large kitchen tons of room for my my eife and I and our 3 kids, the single beds are all in an open loft which just meant we had to keep it quiet once the kids went to bed. Our only complaint were the king and queen beds squeak a lot, like just rolling around in your sleep they are noisy. So if we stayed more then 2 nights I could see that being an issue but otherwise we’d live to go back for another weekend and do...

"My partner and my kids stayed here for 5 nights while visiting my family in the area for Christmas. The cabin is spacious with comfortable and attractive furnishings, and the kitchen is large and has everything you need. We were there during an extreme cold snap and so there were a few weather-related maintenance issues, and I was so impressed with how quickly Rosa and her husband addressed them. She even had the cabin decorated for Christmas, lit tree and all, which was such a lovely surprise....

"Location was great and loved being on the lake other than that we had issues. The floors were not swept or mopped. We swept and mopped. Baseboards were dirty as well as the mantel. Smoke detectors were beeping. Someone dropped off batteries at 4am so we had to replace. Air was very musty so we pulled the a/c filters out and they were filthy. We cleaned. "We stayed in this wonderful rustic hunting lodge with a group of 7 adults. Pete and Sherry were attentive hosts and the house had everything we needed. Plenty of room. Located about 30 minutes from Ithica, it’s on 30 acres so very private. The memorabilia from 30 years of hunting expeditions and events held at their event hall were very cool. We’d definitely recommend and stay again."
