No climate control so had to turn off radiator, open window & use room fan. Also there was long hair strands found around the bedroom & on the bed also on bathroom floor, which were definitely not ours and it is not very nice to see as proves room was not cleaned properly. Wasn’t asked when leaving if everything wa okay with my stay"
