Hot tub jets did not work ; had to go to front desk and get maintenance to turn them on; he didn’t really fix it ; just made it work for the time being. Key card didn’t work twice; front desk had to reset. Minor issues; all were resolved quickly"

"We came in late. But the lady at frontdesk was still available for us to checkin. The rooms were good. Beds comfortable. no issues faced. pet friendly rooms are only available on exterior area of the hotel. no big deal. the hot tub etc was shut down by 8PM, so couldn't avail. i wish it was available as we were very tired after a long journey and it would have certainly helped"
