"Room was just as pictured with two great balconies down onto the street. But once balcony doors were closed the room was quiet. Staff was very friendly. Some more complete instructions would have been helpful about coffee availability in lounge and how to get new towels. "

"There is no smoking at the property and no staff at property, I believe the tenants abuse the situation by smoking in their rooms. This was brought up to them. The area is very lively and within walking distance to the Guggenheim Museum and the Bilbao Cathedral. The history of Bilbao is worth hearing and seeing yourself. There you will be able to compare the Old city where this hotel is and the new city where the Guggenheim welcomes you."

"The hotel was positioned perfectly in bilbao. The whole area is walkable . The staff at this hotel are excellent and in particular Nadia on the front desk who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I would highly recommend!"
