"Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going...

"The machine didn't accept my credit card, which worked two minutes earlier in a bar. The touchscreen of the machine didn't register the majority of the screenstrikes. I had to enter a code to get into the room while other guests were observing. This meant that I had to sleep in my clothes for fear of being robbed. I put the table against the door so that I would wake up if anybody entered the room, not being sure that the door locked. The lady in charge told me that the room was paid "esta...
