"This flat is generously sized for two people. The kitchen is stocked and has a washer and dryer, the bathroom has lots of storage and the apartment comfortable. The location is great, within walking distance of the Guggenheim, restaurants and grocery. The building is safe, the internet good and overall a super experience."

Upon entering the apartment found no towels or bedding or kitchen supplies. The bath smelled musty having been closed up. we arranged other accomodations and left informing the booking agents of our departure. No admission of issues and no refund."
