"We stayed at this hotel for two nights during our visit to Bilbao. The staff were very friendly, and check-in was smooth and easy. We arrived a few hours early, and since our room was ready, they kindly let us check in early. The room was spacious, with a massive, comfy bed. The bathroom was equally generous in size, featuring a rain shower, his-and-hers sinks, and a bidet. Although the room didn’t have an iron, I’m sure reception would have provided one if we’d asked. Our room overlooked a street with a couple of nightclubs, but the sound insulation was excellent — we couldn’t hear a thing, even on a lively Saturday night. We had hoped to visit the spa on Sunday, but were disappointed to find out it’s closed that day. It seemed an odd choice, as Sunday feels like the day guests would most want to relax. The hotel’s location was excellent — walkable to key attractions, with parking available for an additional charge."

"This is a lovely boutique hotel. Friendly helpful staff and readily accessible to both, the old city and the newer city. Best of all, it was a 5 minute walk across a bridge from the our arrival train station. Note: for those with sensitive skin like me, I put a t-shirt over my pillow to stop the reaction from the scented detergent/dryer chemicals."

"Very nice room. It was spacious with plenty of room to unpack and not feel cramped. It was a suite (Room 225) with a sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. It was perfect for our stay of a couple days. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel had everything that we could have wanted. We arrived rather early and we were lucky enough to be able to check in right away. This was amazing after a long day of travel to get to Bilboa. Friendly staff, spacious room and great service. We found it very easy to walk throughout the city to the attractions so the location was great as well. I would happily stay again. "
