"We was checked in late but wow the staff was amazing. Everyone was smiling and looked after us from start to finish. We have 2 small children which was hard work but the staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy as possible. Only thing we didnt like was the room layouts and the way you close the doors for toilet and showers. Room hotel views are also stunning by the way😍"

"Check in was a breeze and the staff who helped me was wonderful. It was a busy time in the hotel, due to the Guangzhou Conference, the staff noted my request in english for a room with a view ( my mum has mobility issues, and would be spending more time in the room). She gave us a room with a view of the city and Canton Tower. My mum loved the view and sat by the window day and night. Thank you so much. The beds and air con were comfortable. Cleaning was efficient and well done. Staff at the entrance were always smiley and helpful. No lack of eateries around the hotel. A michelin star rated dim sum restaurant just diagonally opp the hotel. Also no lack of small local eateries. "
