"The staff are really friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with an amazing selection of food. Hotel is in a very convenient location and we do enjoy our stays there."

"Excellent apartment hotel. I've stayed at other Locke hotels before and they all share a similar design, merging elements of a smart apartment hotel, or a cool hostel, together with the sort of slightly pricey on-site bars/restaurants you might get in a 5-star hotel. Lobby area is a bit underwhelming here but good facilities overall. I believed I received a free upgrade due to Expedia membership, to an impressive 2-room apartment. The immediate area is very clean and modern, with a Sainsbury's 3-mijs away. Not much going on though and slightly too far/roady to walk to central Cambridge."

"Lovely hotel with great rooms from the Resturant. Breakfast is lovely, once you find your way around where the food is served. Interesting gym…not sure about that bamboo gear! Does require some floor mats to do floor work. "

"Had a great stay here rooms are very nice & would stay again. Only very small negative was check out time on my booking said 12pm, we had a cleaner walk in without knocking at 10:30 & then at 11:30 knocking to ask if we where leaving soon. I understand completely they have rooms to turn round & the mistake at coming in the first time I would have forgiven as a mistake but being rushed then at 11:30 it just felt like they wanted us out. "

"One of the best hotels for customer experience I've been to: the staff were helpful, polite and always greeted you with a smile. I had contacted them on booking and said it was a special occasion, and when we arrived there was a lovely card and treat waiting for us as a surprise, such a lovely touch. The reception staff were also fantastic at catching my random emails asking for little things to ensure a special surprise for my partner wasn't spoiled; they played along and it went off without a hitch. The Bentley experience was lovely. Only minor complaints were the room smelt a bit musty, but I think the ventilation for the bathroom wasn't as strong as it needs to be. And there was a lot of noise from the room above when they had a shower at 6am on a Sunday - it sounded like water trickling into our room. But if I'm visiting again will definitely stay again. Highly recommended "
