"My wife and I had a lovely stay at the flat in St Medard en Jalles. The owner, Sylvie, was very helpful and friendly explaining to us about the locality and giving advice on things to do. The flat itself had all modern conveniences and was very clean and well maintained. St Medard is a little quiet, but the roads into Bordeaux and out to the seaside are good. "The place was exactly as described and everything was fine: the place is very quiet, you have a very nice balcony large enough to take a meal, you can park your car and leave your bikes. You can ride to the market or the the harbour. Everything is close at hand. One thing could be improved though : the bed could be more comfy and larger (we're rather tall people). But that's really a detail in comparison with all the equipment made available: iron/ mixer/ beach mats... Everything you might need...
