"Loved the Robins Nest. Lovely inside and out. The porch was relaxing, Bed (we only slept in the downstairs one) was super comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable. We were there to go to Mammoth Cave, and it was about 30 minutes away, so convenient and yet not overrun with other tourists. The neighborhood was peaceful. There are not a lot of food options or even grocery stores nearby, so plan ahead with that. Otherwise, we'd gladly book this again."

"This house is absolutely beautiful. I felt like we were on the set of Yellowstone. Every detail was interesting and authentic. Darrell had a fire going for us when we arrived and the home was warm and inviting. He also gifted us some fresh farm eggs and sausage which were so delicious! We loved drinking our morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch while we watched the horses grazing. If you like stargazing, you'll love this property at night. "We enjoyed our family time at chalet by the lake. The lake is close but not steps away. There is a lot of private property on the lakefront and no public access that we could find within walking distance. The beach and public access was a 15 minute drive away. The house was modern, updated and had all the amenities. We especially liked the loft with the arcade and table shuffleboard."

"Clean, modern, efficient, quiet. Exactly what our group of near 50's needed!! Only recommendation to owner would be to ensure adequate paper towels, coffee, and dish detergent. All in all a wonderful property and fantastic stay!!"

"This property is amazing. We had our inaugural friendship reunion here, 3 families with children ranging from 4 - 7. Its an easy drive to Mammoth Cave and Lake Nolin. The property itself was perfect it had everything we needed. We all loved jumping from the dock and swimming, as well as some good fishing!
