"We loved staying here. We brought ourselves and our five kids, ages 19-2. It was very clean and cutely decorated, everyone had a comfy place to sleep, plenty of dishes/towels/toys. We didn’t spend a lot of time hanging out there other than nights and the morning, as we were there to visit with family in the area. So we didn’t get to try out the games and such. "We had a lovely time at the property. We grilled steaks, roasted marshmallows in the fire pit, played cards on the back patio, and slept wonderfully! The property is as listed other than the house next door is much closer than appears in the photos. This wasnlt a problem for us tgough. "

"We had a lovely, peaceful stay at this house. The deck was amazing, the views were spectacular. We enjoyed waking up to see deer, squirrels, chipmunks, birds and more. The fall color and fog rising off the water just added to the beauty. It was close enough to Mammoth Cave that we made trips on two separate days quite easily. The kitchen enabled us to make several meals. I will say one of the showers was a little on the tight side for my husband, who is over six feet, but it was manageable....

"My wife and I wanted a safe quiet spot to use as home base for a visit to Mammoth Cave. Great location for just that. Clean and dog friendly, it was the off season so no neighbors made it extra quiet for evnings in the hot tub."
