"We were surprised at the quality of room, very warm and large clean bed. Breakfast had every thing required.. Parking was easy The only constructive criticism is “ some painting would make a stay excellent “ Would certainly stay again."

"Had a family birthday there, some of us stayed the night and all had an evening meal in the restaurant. It was great to be able sit together and relax in the bar after the meal. Buffet breakfast was good as well. "

"comfortable, relaxing hotel. Robes and slippers in the room, which is great if you want to wander down to the spa, and/or chill out. The breakfast was lovely, a good selection and good quality. All staff from the reception,spa and breakfast were professional, friendly and helpful. The grounds are very well kept with nice seating areas to relax and enjoy the views. The spa is small, however they are up grading this and im sure it will be amazing once completed."

"Great stay, the staff made it very personal for our special trip with a surprise card and a lovely pair of towel swans and petals. The pool was great for the kids. Breakfast did not seem quite as plentiful as our last stay but still nice. Would come again, rooms are really big and great value for money for our family of four."

"Lovely welcome from Madison in reception who understands what hospitality should be and tries very hard (and succeeds!) in providing it. Stayed in a junior suite which was clean, comfortable, quiet and perfect for our needs. Will have no hesitation in returning. "
