"I have been staying in a 1bedroom apartment and it's been terrific 🙂 The manager's are very friendly and helpful....The location is a stone's throw to the beach and local dining precinct as well as shops less than a 5minute drive away, or there's quite a large main shopping centre less than 10minutes drive away, called Smithfield. I highly recommend staying here, if you are planning a trip to Cairns, because it's arguably the best beach and is heaps better than all of the other beaches ⛱️ And...

"Excellent property! Fantastic kid-friendly pool, great views, and right in the middle of the action at Trinity Beach. Other pros include a washer and dryer in the unit, a spacious balcony, and secured parking. Cons: despite the luxurious property and (deservedly) high price, the amenities were a little cheap. Examples: only one roll of TP, one wash worth of laundry powder, no umbrella, one spare garbage bag, and few towels (surprising for a pool-centric accomodation). Also, the instructions...

"We had a good stay at cascade gardens. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy walking into Cairns city. "

"The Reef Retreat setting is very nice and tranquil. The only drawback for us was our room was a top floor one. We had lots of suitcases due to our cruise before we disembarked in Cairns. The location is very good and close to many restaurants. The room was comfortably and had everything we needed."

"Truly an excellent place, the owners didnt hesistate to put the best building materials into the villa. There are at least 5 to 6 towel hangers in bathroom. No stinginess there. The architect did an amazing job making a 2 BR villa look big, and on our first entry we said "wow". The swimming pool was special with lots of little spa like sections, all connected to main section, people can sit around and chat with separate privacy. "Nice apartment in a good central location ... only 10 minutes from the main street in Port Douglas. Lovely welcome from the receptionist, Rhian, who gives a great first impression. Nice swimming pools, although could do with some umbrellas over lounges for some shade. Balcony area was dirty and therefore not inviting. Overall a good stay though."
