"We absolutely loved our stay. Our room had everything we needed. The staff was amazing, I can’t compliment them enough. We looked forward to breakfast every morning, and also enjoyed a few dinners as well (the Hokkaido top sirloin was top notch!!). If ever in Furano again, we will definitely be staying here!"

"The hotel caters to international guests; English was widely spoken (otherwise Google translate helps get the rest of the way). Nice facilities, clean room with an efficient use of space. Very close to the ski hill and ski lockers on the main floor. Considering the level of activity in the hotel, our room felt very quiet. Only suggestion is that the bathroom needs additional storage - extra shelves or hooks would be very helpful."

"Albert saved me. My back went out on the plane. He saw my distress and kindly moved my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. Onsen helped relieve my pain. Draft beer also helped as well as free whiskey. Only downside is as thin walls and 3am snow removal. "

"his is a very enjoyable hotel to stay at when in this area. At first its remote location is a problem; but, once you get to the hotel it is a benefit. The staff is wonderful and the hot springs are great and very clean and relaxing to soak in. "We had a great stay at Fenix West. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious w a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful Mountain View. We especially appreciate the shuttle services to and from town, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and easy to plan. There is no Onsen in the hotel but there is one conveniently in the hotel across the street, which kind of solve the issue. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel "
