"Absolutely excellent experience here. We arrived 2 hours late, at 0330, and they were welcoming, and even upgraded us to a suite for the limited time we were there (we checked out that morning!). Breakfast was lovely, staff were excellent, and location is very handy for the station, and autos are easy to come by to get down to the Ganges. Highly rate this hotel! Extremely comfortable beds and extremely clean. Love it. Thank you Arcadia staff."

Thanks a lot to every one who made my stay so fantastic. The hotel give a very good service with taxi ( they pick-up from the train station, then to Sarnath, etc.... with fantastic guy named Monu). The room is perfect, fantastic bed and acomodities . Strongly recomended in Varanasi."

"The best part of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. It is situated in a prime location along the Ganges, offering excellent views of the river from the sit-out dining area. The hotel staff were incredibly considerate and moved us to a river-view room on the second day. We also had a qualified guide who was very patient and helpful in taking us around the city. However, accessing the hotel can be a bit challenging as there is no direct approach. But that’s also part of the charm of Varanasi—you get to immerse yourself in its unique atmosphere every day."
