"This place is a hidden gem! Quiet, peaceful, and walkable to the the center of Como. Make sure to reserve a parking spot if driving in - we didn’t, and had to find street parking. Ended up working out but had to park a few mins away. Breakfast here was AMAZING, and the staff is so kind. We can’t recommend enough!"

"This is the best place I've stayed at in this Northern Italy trip hands down. This is a beautiful, classy property worthy any compliment thinkable for Como. It's modern, stylishly équipée, and very well maintained. No idea why anyone would complain about noise in previous comments. This is low season, almost no one in the hotel. "Francesco is an amazing host. Kind and willing to help always. The room I was had broken lock but otherwise I felt well in the villa. The villa has amazing view to the Città Alta and the mountains behind them, which unfortunately might soon be hidden as there is a construction just next to the villa. Luckily it’s still there, so go drink some wine on the roof and enjoy the views. "

"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"Beautiful property with a view of Lake Como! Very welcoming stay with a delicious breakfast served each morning. Management went out of their way to make us feel special! A/C worked great and we loved the location…easy walking distance to ferry and a nice retreat from some of the busiest tourist spots on Lake Como. We walked right down from the hotel and had a refreshing dip in the lake each day. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!"

"Located 15 minute walk from centre or use the bus 2 minutes. Check in times restricted. Room good size wardrobe too tall could not reach upper clothes rail, bed uncomfortable could be resolved by putting topper on the mattress. Bathroom good size but needs a refurb bottom of outside of shower had brown staining on it. The fridge and kettle with coffee,tea was good. Overall good but needs a few small changes to make it better. We had breakfast and that was excellent and well worth the extra...
