"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. "Was a short 5 minute walk from the railway station. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was reasonably priced, although perhaps there could have been a little more variety. The staff were all very helpful and courteous when asking questions or needing to leave luggage prior to departure for the airport. The only negative i would say would be that it was stairs to the first floor where some people may struggle if elderly, infirm etc. I would be happy to stay again if in memmingen."

Cozy Bavarian Experience

"This hotel was like staying with your favorite Bavarian auntie. The common areas were full of history about the hotel. The balcony is open for guest to sit and enjoy the views. The decor was cozy and charming and will always be part of my memories of this trip. Staff was great, breakfast was great. They also had parking. "
