"The location was great with a very short drive to the beach. The back deck and porch were great for the whole family. The house clearly had some appliance and other home upgrades (dishwasher, refrigerator, roof, and TV's). The beds were comfortable. However the house had a musty moist stinky smell in a lot of rooms. Water spots on the ceiling. Some rooms did not seem like they have been cleaned all summer. There were bottles left under a bed, dog fur all over, dust, and spider webs in corners,...

"This house worked out very well for us for our family thanksgiving.. Nancie even decorated the enormous dining room table with Thanksgiving things! There was tons of room - the main family/living room had lots of couches and the huge table sat 12 people with chairs to spare. Plenty of room to spread out, with doors between kitchen, living and office/2nd living room space so people can enjoy whatever suits their mood. A bit cold to use the outdoor patio space, but lots of seating out there which...

"Really nice property. Tons of dishes and cooking equipment. Lovely patio looks at water. We had an age range from 8 to 80. There's a spiral staircase so it wouldn't be good for anyone with limited mobility.."
