"We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. The bedrooms/bathrooms/family room and downstairs layout were so perfect for our group of family friends with lots of teens! We used all the areas - including the outside carport and deck. The kitchen was really well stocked, and so were the towels/sheets etc. Caroline was a wonderful and responsive host - we didn’t have any issues, just a question or 2 and she responded immediately. We would stay here again! "

"Beautiful home with minor inconveniences and issues. Furniture was just adequate. Screens on porch needed mended or replaced. Tv was plugged into a switched outlet which took us a while to figure out and on a narrow stand which led to some fear of it falling. Great things were that there is a trolley that will take you into town as well as parking passes if you choose to drive in. Quiet development"

"The location was great with a very short drive to the beach. The back deck and porch were great for the whole family. The house clearly had some appliance and other home upgrades (dishwasher, refrigerator, roof, and TV's). The beds were comfortable. However the house had a musty moist stinky smell in a lot of rooms. Water spots on the ceiling. Some rooms did not seem like they have been cleaned all summer. There were bottles left under a bed, dog fur all over, dust, and spider webs in corners,...

"Place has lots of bedrooms for large gathering. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and kitchen accessories. Description should mention there is only access between the levels outside. We didn't bother locking the doors as the sliding glass doors could not be locked. Place needs renovated but good for a large family. Place also provided kayaks which was great.."
